These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all purchases and the use of the online magazine « ET ULTRA – The Online Magazine for Alternative Healing Methods » (hereinafter referred to as « ET ULTRA »). By purchasing access to ET ULTRA, you agree to these T&Cs.
2. Access and Use
Access to the content of ET ULTRA is only available after a one-time purchase. After a successful purchase, you will receive a personal access that is non-transferable. Sharing access data with third parties is prohibited.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when you click on the « Buy » button during the ordering process and the payment is successfully completed through our payment provider, Stripe. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is made through the payment provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods are credit card, debit card, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Your account will be charged immediately after payment confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As access to ET ULTRA consists of digital content that is immediately available after purchase, your right of withdrawal expires once the purchase has been completed and the content has been accessed.
6. Liability
ET ULTRA assumes no liability for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content provided. The use of the content is at your own risk.
7. Data Protection
The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you agree to the processing of your data for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
ET ULTRA reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication. It is the user’s responsibility to stay informed about the current T&Cs.
9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. A valid provision corresponding to the purpose of these T&Cs shall replace the invalid provision.
